As a speaker, Anthony has been privileged to speak to audiences around the globe at more than 300 events ranging from conferences to commencements, seminars to retreats, and workshops to worship services. In the change management space, he has authored, co-authored, and ghostwritten a total of 10 books and is the creator of the “Crock-Po(d)Conversations” podcast that boasts listeners in more than 40 countries around the world & holds a 5-star rating on Apple podcasts. And as a development coach, Anthony has coached individuals from entry-level to executive, professionals to preachers, educators to entrepreneurs, healthcare workers to homemakers—and so many more—logging over 10,000 hours of coaching experience.

In 2021, Anthony merged his entrepreneurial experience & corporate expertise by joining the Jefferson County Commission, where within two years he was promoted to the position of Training & Organizational Change Manager. In this role, Anthony leads the Learning & Organizational Development Team as they spearhead training and development initiatives for the County’s 27 departments and nearly 1800+ employees.
